CFGLers-

It was a pretty wild last 48 hours with three of the four games going down to the wire to cover.
Purdue held off a W. Michigan charge late to ensure that Barndawg did not cash in his 34 point game, and robbed Seminole 26 and Team Wigley of their 31 and 26 pt game respectively.  Meanwhile, C'mon Rookie saw something nobody else did in the Boilers and cashed in his 35 point game.
NCST got up early and Louisville couldn't convert after a risky 4th down go, losing the game 31-24.  NCST cover resulted in big points for Michigan Hates U, iBlink, Sooners2000, and Dee's Pimpin.
Air Force went for two and the S/U win in the last :30 of the game and their failure meant only a cover. Aunt Betty, Double Bird, and Twinsons hit big with that one.
The Texas game put many to sleep, but this morning the League wakes up to big points.  Cal looked helpless against the Horns' defense and over 60% of the League won the game.

As for the scoreboard:

  • Michigan Hates U, El Tejon, Sooners2000, and Urban Cowboy sweep the last two days of picks. It is Michigan benefiting the most with 103 points, and Urban Cowboy has won six straight.
  • The grind of The League starts to impact many, with ten players losing three of their last four.  That includes Frank the Tank, giving away 78 straight, iBlink losing 70, and La Maquina dropping 60+.
  • Dee's Pimpin' slaps the shit out of his last three for a total of 72 won, and The Well Hungarians have converted 146 of their last 166, only Toledo cockblocked them over their last seven.
And the Next Six...
Next Six Games
  • Today's games include the ND/FSU showdown that could tear apart a family as Mr. Kasey Johnson travels into the lion's den and watches his beloved Seminoles in the Johnson house.  Is a win the best thing for his impending marriage to Mrs. Kasey Johnson?  The rest of The League will watch through the lens of 22 FSU picks, 12 Irish picks, and 11 over picks.
  • Baylor is the most picked team of the Bowl Season as ZERO people have picked the Huskies. Should be a shootout, with an O/U of 78.5 points.
  • 12/30 there are four games that are pretty evenly split.  When we finish tomorrow's games, we will be just past the halfway point of the season, 18 games completed.

Enjoy.
