The Idaho/BGSU game was a push, and therefore players taking Idaho -1 or BGSU +1 recieved half their risked points. All bets that push (tie) are awarded half the value of the total points risked. Let us know if you have questions.

Next update coming after tomorrow's games. Happy New Year to all of you. The League loves you.

Scoring update (2 of 8)
Head Detective has an early lead, but has he blown his load (of points) too early?
He is one of the lowest in the Total Possible column due to losing his 34, 33, 29, and 28 point game, but has converted some key middle of the pack picks vital to winning the title. Early leaders typically don't fare well in the Bowl Season, but this investigation is still pending.
Benchmark Jr. leads both highest percent and highest possible categories, but will his reliance on the moneyline lead to his demise?
Taking out his moneylines, BM is middle of the pack and with moneylines in the critical Gator, Rose, Holiday, and Papa John's bowl, he is risking a total of 92 more points on dogs...sounds like a possible over-reliance on the underdog, which is probably a personal issue that he is working out through the League.
The Dragon blows smoke after a fiery end of the season that led to the title, but where has his Magic Puff been since?
Dragon is last in total points and 35th in percentage conversion but has plenty of fire left in the tank as he ranks number 10 in total possible points. Counting him out now would be a mistake...
Other scoring notes include...
- Easy Money drops 5 straight and 82 points after a strong start...
- Chief drops 5 straight including a 27,26,25, and 24 point game which will be tough to rebound from.
- Mamacita leads the female competitors in 14th place but First Lady and Oven are among the competitors with the most points remaining and will not be out of it until very late in the season.
- Blue, Fluno, Hollywood, and Deanchine quietly lurk among the dangerous as critical games prior to New Year's Day approach.
Further updates will be provided on the following schedule:
- Thursday AM, Dec 31st after the Holiday Bowl
- Friday AM, Jan 1st after the Chick-Fil-A Bowl on New Year's Eve
- Saturday AM, Jan 2nd after the Sugar Bowl
- Sunday AM, Jan 3rd after the Alamo Bowl
- Thursday, Jan 7th before the National Championship Game
Have a great holiday and enjoy all the games...

Six Games In....
Gentlemen and Ladies-
This is the first scoring update of the bowl season. Scoring during the bowl season is not quite as simple as the regular season due to the different point values of the different games. Therefore, scores are tracked in four ways. In this update the sheet is sorted by total number of points won. Included on the spreadsheet however, is the following information:
1.) Total points won - the total number of points that have been won by each player
2.) Points still remaining- the number of points that remain to be risked
3.) Highest possible score- total points won added to the points still remaining gives each player's highest possible score.
4.) Percentage of points won*- this number tells who has converted the highest percentage of points risked
*Note that in some cases, players have converted more that 100% of their points because of moneyline bets.
Our next update will come after the Independence Bowl (Georgia vs. A&M).

LATE TEXAS FIELD GOAL KICKS EASY MONEY IN THE BALLS AS THE DRAGON REMAINS UNSLAIN. IBLINK SCORES A SEASON HIGH 93 TO WIN THE EAST AND FINISH 4th

In the end it’s THE DRAGON who glides to the VI CFGL regular season title. He was the consummate professional in the end, averaging over 35.5 in the last six weeks including a 58 pointer in week 11. EASY MONEY can’t feel good about losing the way he did and finishes second in the NORTH to THE DRAGON as well. Here's hoping that Xmas bonus comes through.
Second through fifth places were separated by only 4 points. DA 1 BIZZEM edged his brother PIMPIN’ EM out for second place by a ½ point and bragging rights in the family. At #4 iBLINK copped a 93-point perfect four-team parlay and catapults from #20 to win the EAST from SEMINOLE26 who took care of business with a 29.5. THE FIRST LADY gets the last money spot at #5 after HEAD DETECTIVE wins only one game and posts a 8.5 in crunch time.
Thanks to everyone for making this one of the great regular season runs in League history. Now buckle up for the bowl season where everyone starts from scratch. Rules to be posted shortly and congrats to THE DRAGON and the other winners.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Love,
The Commissioner
